Abstract
A new contextualization of the theatrical scene, driven by today’s technological landscape, is analyzed through the way in which the participants in the dramatic act—the "techno-scene," actors, and spectators—reconfigure their relationship. It examines how the theatrical experience is "shifted" by new perceptions of time, space, and the body—a body permeated by innovative visual and, sonic technical devices that allow it to "glimpse" a performance reality mediated by an everyday life that is itself increasingly spectacularized through screens. This represents a "decentering of the subject," opening it up to a multitude of voices and to new ways of listening to and viewing the scene.
